Masayoshi Fujita is a Japanese hair stylist currently based in Tokyo, Japan and London, UK.
Masayoshi started his career in Tokyo and worked in Melbourne before moving to the UK in 2013. He has over 20 years experience as a hair stylist and is now focusing his efforts on session work in fashion and advertising.
Founder of WIGS BY MASA. Masayoshi Fujita, wigmaker and technician, started his career in 2017 in Tokyo at Hosono Katsura (a wigmaker using tradition Japanese methods). He has since continued to develop his technique and repertoire, with his wigs being used in multiple photo shoots and the Sam Smith x Youtube pop-up store “To die for” in Soho, London (2020).
WIGS BY MASA makes and sell bespoke made-to-order wigs and facial hair (pre-maid also available), made to different specifications (for example full lace wigs, partial-lace wigs, synthetic/real human hair) and styled in house.
